Simply click “Request an Appointment” on the website or through the booking link in my social media profiles.

After submitting your request, I will review the details and confirm the appointment time. This allows me to plan routes efficiently and make sure each pet receives the attention they deserve.

Mobile grooming provides a full grooming experience right outside your home in a fully equipped grooming bus.

When I arrive:

1. I greet you and your pet.

2. Your pet is brought into the grooming studio.

3. The entire grooming process is completed one-on-one.

Because I work with one dog at a time, your pet receives my full attention in a calm, quiet environment without the stress of a busy salon.

The grooming bus is similar in size to a shuttle van, so it needs a relatively flat and accessible parking area.

The best parking options are:

• Your driveway
• In front of your home along the curb
• Near the leasing office or open guest parking in apartment communities

Many clients in apartment communities find that the leasing office area works best because those spaces are usually open and easy to access.

If you’re unsure where the bus should park, feel free to reach out before your appointment and we can figure out the best option.

Payment is due at the time of service.

Accepted payment methods include:

• All major credit and debit cards
• Cash
• Venmo (currently accepted but being phased out)

For convenience and security, many clients prefer paying through the booking system with a card on file.

The time depends on several factors including:

• Coat condition
• Breed
• Size of the dog
• Grooming style requested

Most appointments take 1.5 to 3 hours from start to finish.

Because I work one-on-one, your pet receives focused attention during the entire grooming session.

Ear plucking and anal gland expression are considered medical procedures.

For the safety and well-being of your pet, these services should be performed by a licensed veterinarian or veterinary professional.

If you have concerns about your pet’s ears or glands, I recommend speaking with your veterinarian to determine the best care plan.

Diamond Grooming Studios operates within a defined service area to ensure reliable scheduling and travel time.

If you’re unsure whether your location is within the service area, you can submit a booking request and I will confirm availability.

The safety of both pets and people is always my top priority.

While I have experience working with many different temperaments, dogs that show signs of serious aggression, biting, or unsafe behavior may not be suitable for mobile grooming.

If a dog becomes unsafe to groom, the appointment may need to be stopped for the safety of everyone involved.

In these situations, I may recommend working with a veterinarian or a grooming facility that specializes in behavioral cases.

My goal is always to create a safe and positive grooming experience for your pet.

I understand that schedules can change.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice whenever possible so that the appointment time can be offered to another client.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Providing notice helps keep the schedule running smoothly and allows me to continue offering reliable service to all clients.

Matting can be uncomfortable and even painful for dogs, which is why it’s important to address it safely and humanely.

In many cases, the kindest and safest option is to remove severe matting with a shorter haircut rather than attempting to brush it out.

Attempting to brush out heavy matting can cause unnecessary stress and discomfort for the dog.

Before starting the groom, I will assess your dog’s coat and discuss the best option to ensure their comfort and well-being.

Regular grooming and brushing at home can help prevent matting and keep your dog’s coat healthy between appointments.

In severe cases, shaving under matting may reveal skin irritation that was previously hidden. Diamond Grooming Studios cannot be held responsible for conditions that occur as a result of pre-existing matting.
